Scoping out potential new projects in Forest Hill! Finding hidden potential with homes in established neighborhoods takes a special skillset. Understanding the context, constraints, and opportunities of an older home informs the design and construction process. It also provides the ability to do something unique and creative!

Had a great opportunity to see one of our buildings in action. We worked with the client to make their addition and garage form a courtyard for their pool. The garage has a side entrance and a back porch offering cover from the midday sun and the occasional afternoon rain shower. We utilized attic trusses for a future hobby room overlooking the pool. Thoughtful design is always part of the process

Our rear sunroom addition was able to be engineered to rest on a series of masonry piers rather than a full foundation wall which allowed the walkout basement to still get light and as a bonus we took opportunity to make an outdoor covered patio space to enjoy those evenings at home.
