The front door is currently hidden behind a low trellis and solid wall and there is no covered parking either. A new covered entrance at the front door and a carport entrance to a new mudroom will really make an impact and change the curb appeal as well. Tis the season for pools! Summer is great for poolside fun but not the only season to enjoy those backyard spaces, poolhouses, outdoor kitchens, and covered patio spaces. Planning for both seasonal activity and year around enjoyment is always our goal. Although July has just begun, it really is the time to start planning for next year's projects with time to plan, permit, build, and enjoy.
